Dominion Tower :: Bug

Hello all,
Most everyone here doesn't know who I am but I play the server and am a new player. I recently found a bug in Dominion Tower, from where I died I lost all my gear, and it is impossible to go get it back. Don't know for sure if that is a bug or a feature but pretty sure a mini-game, you really shouldn't be able to loose your gear, or atleast be able to go back and get it.
